Flatmir is an online platform that shows property listings on a map. We are not a real-estate agency, a broker or a landlord, and we are not a party to any agreement between the people who use Flatmir.

Listings come from third parties

Every listing on Flatmir is provided by a third party — an owner, an agent or another user. We do not check the listings, the people behind them or the properties, and we cannot guarantee that a listing’s price, photos, location, availability or other details are accurate, complete or up to date.

We take no part in your deal

Viewings, bookings, payments, deposits and contracts happen outside Flatmir, directly between you and the other person. Flatmir handles no money and is not responsible for any agreement, payment, loss or dispute between users.

Protect yourself

• See the property — in person or on a live video call — before you pay anything.
• Never send a deposit or prepayment for a place you have not seen.
• Ask for documents that show the person may rent out or sell the property.
• Be careful with prices far below the market.

Report a listing

If a listing looks wrong or suspicious, tap “Report this listing” in the listing. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

Contacting a poster

You contact posters through Telegram, a separate service with its own terms. We are not responsible for what is said or agreed there.

No guarantees

Flatmir is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Flatmir is not liable for any direct or indirect loss that comes from using the platform or relying on a listing.
